Mastering the Art of the Curl At PoshCurl, we believe your hair shouldn’t just be "managed" it should be celebrated. Most stylists are trained to cut hair while straight but we know that curls live in three dimensions. That is why our team specializes in advanced, texture first cutting methods designed specifically for the way your hair naturally moves. Our stylists are extensively trained in elite curly cutting methods, including the renowned DevaCut. By cutting the hair in its dry, natural state, we are able to see exactly how each curl falls. This allows us to sculpt a balanced silhouette and intentional volume tailored to your unique face shape. We have moved away from traditional, one size fits all techniques that often lead to unpleasing or unbalanced shapes. Instead, our specialized dry cutting approach focuses on creating fluid movement and a signature structure, ensuring your curls are light, defined, and effortless to style at home. Whether you have soft waves, springy curls, or tight coils, our mission is to provide you with the technical expertise and the refined shape you’ve always wanted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Deposits are non-refundable and will be credited toward your service. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment. We appreciate 48 hours notice in the event you would like to cancel so that we may offer the time to another client. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will have to wait until the next booking schedule becomes available. If you cancel your scheduled appointment with me after the 48hr cut off, I will then require a 50% non-refundable payment of this missed service. CONFIRM APPOINTMENT: You will receive a confirmation text and email for your appointment. If you confirm your scheduled appointment I will note that your appointment has been CONFIRMED by you. If you have not confirmed your scheduled appointment within 48hrs your APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. NO SHOW: If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment day, that is considered a no show appointment. To schedule future appointments, you must pay for the no-show appointment in full before booking again. GRACE PERIOD: We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and I want to ensure everyone has a great experience. Therefore, both you and I are allowed a 15-minute GRACE period for appointments. However, if you exceed this time limit, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To guarantee that each client receives dedicated attention, we diligently allocate sufficient time for each appointment. This ensures that the stylist is able to maintain a timely schedule and accommodate the appointments of future clients. In the event that you anticipate running late or encounter an emergency on the day of your appointment, we kindly request that you Text 404-390-9923, to inform us of the situation. Please note that services are exclusively available to individuals aged 10 and above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To ensure we have enough time to reassess your hair goals and current needs, clients who have not visited PoshCurl within the last 12 MONTHS are kindly asked to book under our New Client services. Every appointment is a private, one-on-one session focused on deep consultation and the education you need to maintain your look at home.
