Then, follow it up with a fresh cut and style. You will leave here with vibrant hair and a plan to keep it vibrant between visits. Trust the process If you have a look you want but don't know how to achieve, I can work with you to form a plan. Stick with me. You will recieve solid advice on how to keep your hair healthy! LUXE EXTENSIONS You MUST book a consultation prior to any extension service so that we can establish scalp and hair health, density, desired length, texture, color etc. Extension services include 14-20 inches of hair. 22-26 inches can be purchased but will require an additional fee. Pricing includes 200g or less. If you require more then 200g the service cost will increase. You have the option of straight, wavy, or curly hair. Numerous color options are available as well, and can be discussed during the consultation. Hair deposit is due immediately after the consultation so that I can prep your hair for your service. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
Deposits are non-refundable and will be credited toward your service. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
I appreciate 48 hours notice in the event you would like to cancel so that I may offer the time to another client.
If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will have to wait until the next booking schedule becomes available. If you cancel your scheduled appointment with me after the 48hr cut off, I will then require a 50% non-refundable payment of this missed service.
CONFIRM APPOINTMENT:
You will receive a confirmation text and email for your appointment.
If you confirm your scheduled appointment I will note that your appointment has been CONFIRMED by you. If you have not confirmed your scheduled appointment within 48hrs your APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
NO SHOW:
If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment day, that is considered a no show appointment.
To be able to schedule future appointments you will be required to pay for the no show appointment in full before booking again.
GRACE PERIOD:
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I want to ensure the best experience for everyone. Therefore, both you and I are allowed a 10 minute GRACE period for appointments. However, if you exceed this time limit, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To guarantee that each client receives dedicated attention, I diligently allocate sufficient time for each appointment. This insures that I am able to maintain a timely schedule and accommodate the appointments of my next clients. In the event that you anticipate running late or encounter an emergency on the day of your appointment, I kindly request that you give me a call or email to inform me of the situation. Please note that services are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
